With the first warm days of summer (sorry, can't call Brisbane's 27 degrees a winter) we decided that it's time to move out to our beautiful huge balcony. Never really being into gardening much, I though of creating a little oasis at home, lush and green.
Spent about 2 hours digging in dirt and fertilisers and re-planting my gorgeous palm trees, flowers and a little baby guava and.. it's amazing how good and energetic you feel after!

Lol, remember what happened to your last palm tree? Hope all the cockroaches froze to death, otherwise stock up some Mortein:)))
ahaha! The tree was old and had lots of that dry stuff at the roots.. beh..
These palms are young, fresh and lush :)) So hopefully cockies will go elsewhere!
uh-huh, foreva young...i gonna be...foreva youuuung...:)))) LOL
Hey.. You don't even know what's happening to YOUR palms >:) ho ho ho There might be you know.. bugs, spiders and all sort of thing in there.. >:)
Well, my only palm tree has died straight after your visit, so hey, it's not my fault! And the only tree that was still alive in April survived steaming hot water, freezing cold, and 5 furniture removalists, so I'm kind of sure it will live without water for a month or two:-P :))))
